Subject: Axis feedback on SCE-MI

As a follow-up from our last meeting I prepared the
attached review of the SCE-MI spec.
Most of the proposed changes recommend the removal
of information that is hardware dependent, too
low-level, or not required for an implementation on
our emulation system.
We would like the spec to focus on the SW API
and the HDL interface and leave the implementation
details to each vendor.
