Brian, all,

Following on my action item from last week meeting summary as follows,

Action: Shabtay agreed to update the document based on the feedback he
received, and to place the issues into buckets.

I have enclosed an updated version of the document covering my thoughts
about the "key issues impeding on transactor portability and common use
model" based on the feedback received. I placed the issues into two
buckets, one being the SCE-MI 2.0 bucket and the other being the "other"
bucket to be addressed in parallel or after meeting SCE-MI 2.0 ITC
objectives. I also included my perspective on the priority of the issues
within each bucket.

I'd like to emphasize that many of the issues raised in this document
should be tabled for a "lower level discussion" in the working groups
and should not consume our meeting time tomorrow (while attempting to
converge on the high level goals and objectives).

Regards,

Shabtay
