Apologies on Action Item to Incorporate VLM Feedback

Hi,

I've been stretched rather thin the last couple of weeks so have
been unable to find time to address the action to incorporate the
feedback from last week's meeting regarding the VLM and zero/non-zero
time issues.  I will work on it over the next week or so.
