Trouble getting both presentations through the reflector. Here is the
first one.

	All,

I've attached 2 presentations. (Sorry about the late submittal
of these -- I've been catching
up after taking some vacation time...)

At any rate, the first presentation is very short, and is
basically a commentary on the
means by which the committee moves forward. (In it I echo
Richard's comment about
focusing in the *interface* in ITC.)

The other presentation is a modified version of Duaine's 3/24
version of the goals presentation.
The bulk of the changes are in slide 13 -- plus an additional
slide at the end of the presentation
summarizing high-level goals of ITC -- with the focus on
interface, mindful of modeling issues.

And for clarification: Duaine's recent email seems to indicate
that Cadence is not interested
in working on modeling issues. That's not quite accurate.
Cadence believes that ITC is not
the appropriate forum to handle modeling issues -- yet modeling
issues are indeed important.
The first presentation suggests alternate committee(s) to handle
such issues.

Again, sorry for the late arrival of these documents,

	Matt
