Dan,

I didn't send this proposal for consideration in the 2.1 LRM
effort.

My understanding of the 2.1 effort should be about cleanup/clarification
which sounds like your understanding too.

I sent it as an FYI because other members of the committee were
wondering how global parameters could be handled in Verilog-AMS
and I resent this proposal because it addressed that issue.

However we do plan to submit it for review by the committee
at some point after the 2.1 LRM has been completed/accepted
when enhancements are again open for consideration,
