Hello Shalom,

Correct, the BNF does implement this restriction. So this additional 
text can be safely removed from the section is more consistent with the 
1364-2005 document.

The version of the 1364-2005 document that I using is "IEEE 
P1364-2005™/D8p1, 7/13/05".
