Re: real-to-integer conversion

4.1.1.1 is where it was originally in AMS LRM 2.2.

In 1364-2005, Section 3 (Lexical conventions) has 3.5.3 Conversion,
and also Section 4 (Data types) has 4.8.2 Conversion.
