this is the final call for papers for the "SPIE 2001 International
Simposium on Microelectronics and MEMS" to be held in Adelaide,
Australia on December 17-19. The deadline is due to May 7th
(just an abstract) and extended selected papers will appear in a
special issue of the "Microelectronics Journal" (Elsevier). In case
