The DIO-16 (3096) and DIO-32B (3093) provide digital Inputs/Outputs for the PC. 8 or 16 isolated inputs are available for control and monitoring applications. Use isolated inputs for communicating alarm conditions from remote locations or remote processes. For your reference, we have provided a sample wiring diagram for an optically isolated input circuit.

The standard input resistor value is 560 Ohms, minimum turn-on voltage is 2.8V, maximum input voltage is 12V and maximum current is 20mA. If your application requires other values, please refer to the user manual or contact a Sealevel support specialist.

8 or 16 Reed relay outputs are also provided allowing PC control of lights, buzzers, switches, motors and other low current devices supporting on/off control.For your reference, we have provided a sample wiring diagram for a reed relay output circuit.

Both cards are software compatible with Sealevel Systems other input/output cards. Our SeaI/O Family of Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP and Linux Software drivers is included along with sample applications and utilities for rapid application development.
