About the company
Westbay Engineers Limited have been providing telecommunications project management and network design services since 1989.  We have worked on many major projects for customers throughout Europe in the following business sectors:
  • Investment banking
  • Insurance
  • Telecommunications Carriers
  • Energy
  • Manufacturing
  • Local Government

In April 1996, we launched Westplan, a voice network design tool to assist users with the design of cost effective voice networks.  Drawn on the extensive experience of our consultants, Westplan can become a valuable tool for users with any level of telecommunications experience.

Later that year, in October 1996, we launched Westbay Traffic Calculators, which has since been updated to include tools covering Erlang B, Extended Erlang B and Erlang C.

Our customers include AT&T, MCI, British Telecom, Siemens, Ericsson and numerous other carries and operators of private networks.

We are based in Crawley, near Gatwick Airport, 80 kilometres south of London in the U.K.
