At Xilinx we continually address the whole area of training as an ongoing

on an ongoing basis either by your Manager,

These needs are then centrally recorded by the Human Resource Department

Company therefore provides assistance for employees' work related studies
by paying certain costs and allowing absence from work for the approved
study.
In addition Xilinx offers a subsidised cafeteria service and a fully

to undertake a free medical health check every 2 years. Similarly,
we have a Sports and Social Committee which organises subsidised events
on a regular basis. Some of the typical events organised by this
