Folks,
        One of my action item was to create a "collated" document with
requirements and comments.
Here is the first attempt at that. Based on comments from everyone
tomorrow, I will edit this
as well as make the requirements documents for global, assertions and
coverage as well.

I do not expect a thorough review of the document, but if you can flip
through it so that
you can provide a quick feedback during the meeting, that will be very
useful.
