I can live with a 2 hour meeting, although I would suggest to go to 1:30h and have a 30min buffer in case of some discussions that can be solved immediately. This might be a little more flexible and might lead to better time keeping that having 2h in
general.
Besides that I appreciate any attempt to start earlier or to NOT have longer meetings. Currently the conference call starts at 18:00 MUC time ... [It might go worse when changing daylights saving -- these are not always properly synchronized]
