    Yatin,

Sorry for the delay. Yes, I can certainly take responsibility of
this. I thought about this a little. I propose the following
procedures that I used somewhere else with good results:

o If during the anybody raises a technical issue (aka "bug")
that we need to resolve, that person will file a request
to sv-cc@server.eda.org and cc: to me. The subject line
must start with (something like) "ISSUE:XXXX", where
XXXX is one of "DirectC", "Assertion" or "Coverage".

o One must not file more than one issue in one single
    "ISSUE:" mail.

o Once I get this email, I will open that issue on my
spreadsheet and issue a tracking number for that.

o I will depend on two things on any further updates.
    - I will watch the mailing list for any follow up discussion.
    - I will also use the approved meeting minutes for any discussion
on that issue. We should request all members to mention the
tracking number when they have a comment on that.

o We should request members to restrict discussion on
the follow up of any "ISSUE:" to technical matters only.

o I am thinking probably we should have the issues and
their follow-ups posted on the web site. I can send you
the spreadsheet (or whatever we settle with) periodically.

I will look around a little before I pick up excel as our final
choice. BTW, who is the maintainer of eda.org ? May be
we can convince the webmaster to install a bugzilla like tool
that all other groups can use too ?

Feel free to fwd this to the team if you think that would be
    appropriate.

    Regards,
