Cadence vote for the coverage is "abstention".

We believe that the donation has technical issues in particular in the FSM
recognition and the definition of coverage metrics to the point it may not
be useful across multiple tools.
Besides I believe that we should concentrate first on defining the
PLI and the directC interface. In the short time that was allocated to
come up with a standard for the C APIs, it would be better to concentrate on 2
rather than 4.
