I think Andrzej has hit the nail on the head here.
In our meeting tomorrow, when discussing the issue
of cmodules vs. "C" tasks, we should agree that they
are indeed orthogonal, and then decide to eliminate
one or the other before pursuing details.

I will log a formal issue on this topic in the next mail.
