I believe my action item was to clarify which formats can be used to
display enumeration values.

I propose to add the following on page 8 of the 3.0 spec after the first
paragraph on section 3.6 Enumerations:
Any format control string which can be used to print a string or or an
integer value can be used to either print the enumeration string or the
enumeration value respectively.

The following sentence needs to be added to a section which talks about VCD
dumping.

Value changes for enumeration typed objects are recorded as the binary
value of their
enumeration value.
