Hello Swapnajit,
please find below the attendance sheet as requested and discussed (not including the attendance record for Nov, 12th). I am sorry
for not responding earlier to your clarification email. Our email server was down for some hours on Monday, and I did not know that
I lost some emails during this timeframe. Grrr. Had to look on the email reflector to find your answer on this topic. Please find
below my response to your email:

Ahhh. The only minutes I had, seemed to be the uncorrected one, which did not include Stuart. But it included Ghassan and Joe. This
was the differences I am talking about. So we need to add Stuart, Ghassan and Joe !?!
So, as requested the rolling attendance, excluding Nov, 12th (as suggested by you) and including Stuart, Ghassan and Joe Daniels for
Nov, 7th (face-to-face) is shown below. Please review and forward with corrections (which are hopefully not needed, but I am also
only a human being) to Francoise to put the latest attendance into it.
