Dear fellow committee members,
I don't think you are going to like the C layer proposal, so the sole
explanation for the lack of any critique seems to be that nobody has read it.
We would be more productive if we use our meetings for discussing stuff
rather than for presenting stuff.
So please do your homework! You still have 30 minutes to go thru the proposal.
