I'd like to defer the final vote on my proposal until there is a final proposal from
Andrzej, and then run the vote as a choice for one or the other (since my proposal
covers data passing as well as linking).
That way if there are any unaddressed issues that crop up reviewing Andrzej's work
I can do fixes - e.g. add vendor specific linking support.
I don't think we lose much by deferring the vote - If the vote is "no" on mine then
you still have to go through Andrzej's work.
I have a bunch of shutdown time over the next couple of weeks where I can work on
any outstanding issues folk have with the proposal and provide more examples.
