If there is anything to blame for this, that would be slack
on my part for not updating these two regularly. I usually update
everything on the webpage together. I will give this another try
soon.

I actually talked about it in the meeting today. I proposed
I would maintain the rolling attendance list on the web (with
some margin for my slack to update the webpage) and
individual meeting minutes can contain the list of attendees.
This way we do not have to come back to this problem of
maintaining the rolling list every 2-3 weeks.
