Here's an update on my SV/C(++) interfacing document.

There are a couple of tweaks for handling calls from static vs. automatic
scopes and other minor things.

The major addition is the section "Direct Data Access", which adds the
option to link vendor specific code instead of API compliant code if it
is available.
