I'm still not comfortable with the source inclusion parts of the proposal,
mainly due to Francoise's wariness based on her own experience.

Francoise, could you please be more detailed in enumerating some
of the problems Michael's proposal is likely to run into?
If we all can understand your concerns better, our vote is
likely to turn out better.
