Swapnajit,
Assuming I can have line-item voting authority:
  I vote to accept Michael's intro and binary inclusion proposals.
  I would like to withhold my vote on source inclusion until I
  can see Francoise's opinions on this matter.  If that's not
  possible, count me as an Abstain on that item.
If I can't vote on a line-item basis, I would like to request
an extension on this poll so that we can more thoroughly debate
the source inclusion aspects.
