Doug,
I don't think your revisions got missed or lost. All of them but the section
"8. Context functions" are incorporated, along with my tiny additions and
corrections in the Frame document passed to Phil & Joao. Specifically,
I added two placeholders for context and user's data ("9.1.5 Access to context",
"9.1.6 Associating user's data with instances") to be filled by Joao.
Section "8. Context functions" intact (as you wrote it) was passed to them
separately. I presumed that Joao might want to sync-up and merge his work on
extern/export/scope/user's data, etc. with your sub-chapter on context functions. (I'm talking about C layer only).
