Few things seem missing from that section.

- the same cname must not be used for exported and imported functions

- the definition/description of type signature does not allow open arrays

- "accessible to C callers" - may it be replaced with "accessible to
   non-SystemVerilog callers"?

- 'pure' functions may have only inputs (Joao's corrected this already?)

- for unqualified imported functions, add:
  "If unqualified imported function does not obey the above restrictions,
   SystemVerilog compiler optimizations can lead to unexpected behaviour
   or a function may crash.'
