Michael,
your changes were not scheduled to be in this revision; primarily this revision
was to address the changes that Doug had made that we (LRM editors) forgot to
include.
The next revision (next week) will include your updates.
Specifically, for next week, the updates I would like to have are:
a) complete overhaul of the SV section to reflect new syntax
b) your updates to the inclusion chapter
c) updates resulting from Tuesday's meeting on the context access functions
(more specifically, the user data related functions that we're discussing)
d) updating the numbering of chapters & annex to fit into the overall SV 3.1 LRM
(assuming I get the necessary info from Stu)
The revision after that should include:
a) revisions/corrections as necessary from our reviews
(expecting these to start becoming fairly minor/contained by this stage)
b) updated cross-references, to BNF (Annex A in SV3.1 LRM) and other LRM chapters
as necessary

thanks a lot for this hard work. Unfortunately I have been sick and was not able to attend the last two
conference calls. I will provide feedback when I'm finished wading through my email about this.
But by just browsing through this document now I was wondering what happened to my updated to
the Appendix C as sent on Mon Mar 10 2003: see http://www.eda.org/sv-cc/hm/0964.html
You still have the original proposal in the document. Is this intentionally ?
