This is going to be our last meeting before we deliver the
SV-CC LRM over to Stuart Sutherland for assembling it into
SV LRM 3.1. So, let's make the best use of this meeting and
close all the open issues. (Thanks Doug for summarizing many
of these).

- Procedural work and updates on inter-committee issues.
