Swapnajit gave overview of next goals for this committee,
operating guidelines and processes to be followed. These
can be found online at

Discussion on donation requirements. Clarifications on
having prototype available, on timetable of committements.
Discussion on deferred issues and which issues we will be
tackling. Swapnajit to publish existing defered issue list.
Dealing with errata and inconsistencies will occur concurrently
with other committee work.
Andrzej would prefer to explicitly deal with errata and
inconsistencies first, then move on to new stuff (incl
defered issues). After discussion it was decided that we will
deal with errata as it is found, rather than have a special
phase.
Swapnajit then introduced the errata issue re function keyword
in import and export declarations. This issue was found by Andrzej
and discussion took place only between Andrzej, Doug and Joao.
ACTION ITEM: Francoise to ask sv-bc the reason why keyword dropped
from named_function_proto production
Andrzej requested (as private request) that all committee members
voice any issues that they may have with the direction the language
is going _during_ meetings rather than reserving their opinions
until the end.
