I have made the correction to Table 11-1 in LRM-1 up on
http://www.eda.org/sv/LRMChanges.html in LRM-1.

SV-CC is marked as the committee that owns this and needs to approve it. The
process is that once you have approved LRM-1 send me email (chair or
co-chair) and I will update the status on page.

Table 11-1 "Comparison of pointer and handle types" specifies for SV chandle
that "unreferenced objects are garbage collected".

I suppose that this is an error.
This statement seems to contradict 26.4.1.4 "Memory management".

Objects referenced to by chandles are allocated in a memory space that is
beyond the control of SV. They cannot be garbage collected.
