----------------------------------------
Procedural stuff:
----------------------------------------

Swapnajit could not attend today's meeting, Ghassan chairing.

Ghassan reminded Michael that he still has to vote on the
current polls

Ghassan mentioned that a face 2 face is being planned for September,
will be held on the west coast but no firm dates yet.

----------------------------------------
Agenda items:
----------------------------------------

open action items:
Andrzej, open vs dynamic arrays: no update yet, commits to having proposal
by end of this week.

Doug, external modules: confirms that he is OK to postpone this to some other time.
[Also some quick discussion clarifying exactly what external modules idea was,
refered to, specifically a module declaration with foreign implementation; ie
much like a VHDL foreign architecture]
Action item closed.

Michael, scheduling semantics for APIs:
requirement to define the simulation scheduling region(s) for each API function
or DPI function invocation. Some discussion as to whether to cover all of VPI
or just the extensions done by sv-cc. Most people favor dealing first with the
extensions done by sv-cc (assertions, coverage, DPI) and dealing later with the
existing VPI.
Michael requested help from Joao, Joao agreed.
