SV-CC,

As requested by Swapnajit, here is a copy of the presentation
I will make at the face-to-face tomorrow.

Note that there are two donations/proposals from MTI in this
presentation. The first part concerns separate compilation
issues and global information organization in SV designs.
SV-CC purists can ignore this part. The second part covers
the DPI exported task donation we have made to SV-CC.
