I found one during casual skimming.
P. 6 of LRM text, top of page: "b) Iterate all assertions in an
instance..." should be "b) Iterate all data read loaded objects in an
instance ... ".
Corrected in the master copy, will send out new pdf when there is a
critical mass of fixes.
