We have a milestone coming up by start of December, not as mentioned below.

The milestone is to complete technology errata, freeze technology of
submissions, and close implementation feedback.

Although I can not make that date, the team should go ahead and consider
having it as proposed. There is a lot of work that needs to happen by end of
December. This all day meeting needs to be leveraged towards that goal.
