Francoise/Michael/Bassam,
I will include the debatable three/2.5 issues in the agenda
of the next meeting. Our LRM warriors are already aware of
the fact that we may send another errata on assertion vpi if
need arises.
Once again my thanks to all of you for being cautious and
meticulous.

although I agree with Swapnajit, that we should close on this round, I am very supportive on Francoise change request. This will improve the readability. We should inject such a change for the next draft.
Bassam, Francoise, many thanks for your hard work on this.
Just as a side note - and it very likely falls more or less in the hands of the IEEE committee, since this is a problem for the whole of PLI - what about using the const qualifier for some of the strings (or at least indicating which arguments are never touched)? I am pretty sure this is the case for several parameters and/or structure elements; so we should indicate its intended use - including whether it can/will be modified.
Just my EUR 0.02
-Michael
