Subject: [sv-cc] Implementation of LRM changes

Greetings,
I am in the process of implementing the two items passed last week from
SV-CC. If you could please make your proposals not based on page numbers but
based on section numbers that would be very helpful. The page numbers are
not particularly useful since all of the changes have to be done against the
Draft 2 and the page numbers are all different. I am handling this for the
item that was passed based on page numbers but would appreciate it if future
items did not do this.
