Cadence vote NO on the current proposal.
If some of the issues I mentioned in an earlier mail are solved, we may
change our vote.
In particular :
  . reducing the number of additional VPI functions and VPI types.
  . remove new functions which can be done with existing VPI functions
  . removing unnecessary, optional functionality
  . making functions more general hence suitable for future extensions
  . vpi_load_extension clarification
  . accessing the dbhandle
  . partial dumping
  .
