This update includes the fixes to most of the issues raised in the
past 2 reviews. The errata still left to deal with are:
1- the correction for property expressions: changing the structure of the
diagram, adding missing operations.
2- adding the '$' constant to the possible constant expressions
3- incorporating all other VPI extensions and missing constants into
the sv_vpi_user.h header file
4- addressing any points in Michael's errata email that were not addressed
during the meetings.
