   Team,

   Here are some adjustments that have been made in the
   schedule of SV 3.1A going forward. The main change is
   that there will not be any Draft 6 as planned earlier.
   This will give us some more time for final voting and
   editorial review. Feel free to ask if you have any
   question on this during next Wednesday's meeting.

   Here are the milestones:

   - Close review of Draft 4 13 February 2004
   - Distribute Draft 5 on 20 February 2004
   - Email vote on Draft 5 closing on 27 February 2004
   - Send Draft 5 to board on 1 March 2004

   Note that, as resultants of the new schedule,
   SV-CC:
   
   - will close the ongoing review of consistency
   Draft 4 by 02/13. 02/11 meeting will be a great
   time to bring up your concerns on editorial changes.
   - will start the final voting process on 02/20 that
   will end on 02/27. Ballots will be sent before 02/20.
