Acceptance of Minutes from last conference call 28-Jan-2004:
Proposed by Doug, Accepted by Michael

Swapnajit described the modifications in the schedule. The chairs come to the
conclusion that there will be no draft 6. The new plan is therefore to
  - Close review of Draft 4 13 February 2004
  - Distribute Draft 5 on 20 February 2004
  - Email vote on Draft 5 closing on 27 February 2004
  - Send Draft 5 to board on 1 March 2004
This will give us a little bit more time for fixing the editorial things.

Status of the review process:
 . Ralph sent feedback, might send more feedback later.
 . Doug stated that it is hard to find issues, even typos. Although he has found
   some inconsistencies of larger scale, which he would like to note for later
   revisions of SV. Fixing those problems now is not possible.
   One example is that there is no relationship between coverage API and
   coverage.
   Swapnajit requested that these will be included in the review notes.
 . Francoise in vacation, Bassam not attending.
 . Michael did only find some minor inconsistencies, which he would like to
   cross-check. He is unsure whether these are real problems. He will have
   done this until Friday.
 . Joao will have his stuff done by Thursday night.

Swapnajit requested that everybody will send a short message about the status
of his review. Even if there are no problems found, a message should be
dropped to say this, so we know about the status.
Swapnajit further asked to not send change requests directly to David Smith.

No further items on the agenda. Meeting adjourned.
