Minutes of 03/17/04 SV-CC Meeting.

A. REGULAR PROCEDURES:

. Swapnajit called for accepting the previous minutes;
  Ralph moved for acceptance; Bassam seconded.

B. LRM VOTING
. Swapnajit reported that the team's vote was unanimous to
  accept LRM draft 5 with no abstentions.

C. DEADLINES and SCHEDULE
. Any prospective LRM changes for draft 6 should be minor changes,
  such as editorial matters, and should reach David Smith by
  the middle of next week.
. Any proposed changes from our team should be emailed to the
  entire SV-CC team. If there are no comments or counter-suggestions,
  Swapnajit will collect them and send them to David Smith.
. An SV-CC get-together is tentatively planned in the Bay Area.

D. ACTIONS
. Joao will pass along some proposed LRM changes today.
. Ralph will potentially send such a proposed change no later than 3/18,
  contingent on MTI review.
