[sv-cc] sv-cc errata

   Hello all,

   I am forwarding some information received from TCC. These
   dates are (mostly) Accellera deadlines except the first one,
   which sv-cc needs to meet.
 
1. April 19 - Close of all feedback from the committees. All changes
must be agreed upon by this date.
2. April 20-26 - Update LRM with all feedback
3. April 26/29 - Board approves the LRM
4. April 27/30 - Board approved LRM released to the web.
5. May 21 - Close of all errata for version going to IEEE
6. May 28 - LRM with errata update for IEEE released to the web.
7. Ongoing collection and distribution of errata updates as required

   Joao, can you please compile a master list of sv-cc errata (that
   are not resolved yet) and send that to the team before tomorrow's
   meeting (sorry about the short notice)? If there are some
   item that needs discussion, we need to bring that up in
   tomorrow's meeting.
