I agree with the change you propose.

The SV-CC already authorized Charles to work with the editor (me) on editorial
aspects of this particular issue. Since this is a pure editorial issue
(irrelevant statements), I think Charles is authorized to approve it.

In any case, I will go ahead and do the change. If SV-CC decides on something
different, I'll change it as required.
