[sv-cc] Correction for 1800 LRM re: issue #160

One of the many changes for item 160 'dropped through the cracks.'
It involves modifying one sentence.

I've updated Mantis item 160 to have the category revert to SV-LRM but
was unable to alter the status from 'assigned' to 'new.' The
'UpdateBug'
facility ignores attempts to do this. A new bug note was added with
details.

Also, the following items had their status changed to 'closed':
46, 47, 48, 49, 78, 202.
