Hi Bassam,

I took another look at this earlier today.

The .h file contained a comment, which
showed the old (incorrect) format. Doug fixed this problem
earlier today.

The text file with the list of changes is still incorrect.

It has the following shown in the section "SHOULD BE:"
So there were two problems. If it is only the .h file that
needs to be correct then we don't need to worry about the
mistake in the text file for this erratum. If the changes
specified in the text file will make their way into the LRM
it should be fixed.
