1. Reviewed Patent information.

   - Charles Dawson reviewed the patent information.

2. Reviewed minutes of the 02/02/2005 Meeting.

   - Ralph updated the proposal for Item 366, not Doug.
   - Ralph/Steve. ACCEPTED as amended

3. Liaisons

   - P1800
     - Chas reported that the P1800 committee approved all of our previously
       addressed issues.
     - Chas reported that the P1800 committee approved Item 254 with a friendly
       amendment allowing the SV-CC committee to make whatever necessary VPI
       changes that are needed to go along with this Item.

   - Encryption
     - Steve has a mantis item for the VPI work, and hopes to have a proposal
       for it in time for a re-circulation.
     - Steve reported that Shalom has found some issues which he is working on
       resolving. Some may need to be addressed in a re-circulation.

4. New business

   - concatenations and structure/array constructors
     - Francoise's proposal is to add a new op type for this feature.
       The only problem is that we might not be able to decompile it
       exactly as was written in the HDL.
     - JimV wants the order to be preserved.
     - Chas entered Item 373 into mantis as a place for our work on this.
     - Motion to allow an email vote to be concluded by 5:00pm EST on 02/10/2005.
       We need to have a majority of voting members to respond by that time either
       in the affirmative or negative. JimV/Francoise ACCEPTED.

5. Reviewed of items with proposals.

   - None.

6. Old Business

   - Francoise to file new Item(s) to track the issue with BC committee's work on
     constructors.
     - Chas filed item 373. DONE.

   - Chas to update PTF database for the SV-CC Items to Shalom's satisfaction.
     - Shalom has stopped complaining, so we must have reached a de facto agreement
       on these issues.
     - Since for the next version of the spec, we will use the mantis database
       this may be no longer relevant.

Meeting ended at 12:42PM EST.

7. Action items

   SV-CC action items:
   - Francoise to ask Peter Ashenden what was done to improve
     printing from Rational Rose.
   - Francoise to inquire about the feasibility of third parties
     shipping the UML for the diagrams.
   - JimV to enter a new SV-CC item for adding tables for return values of
     the properties.
   - Stu to file new SV-CC item that will address bigger issue he pointed
     out in Item 321.
   - Francoise and Chas to investigate what to do for systemVerilog and generates

   PTF action items:
   - Steve to compare BNF with the access available
     for attributes to see if they match
   - Stu to enter new PTF item for save/restart/reset issue.
   - Francoise to lookup wording for PTF 524 in VHPI.
   - Francoise will open a new PTF issue to look for situations like 25.6.15,
     where multiple methods are used access the same object enclosure
   - Chas to reword proposal for PTF 525.
   - Francoise to file a PTF item that asks to specify the order that iteration
     occur in, when the order is important.
   - Steve to add ETF item for Annex C to remove the Informative label, but
     still allow the contents to be optional.
   - Chas to file an Item on the usage of the term "tags" at the beginning of
     clause 27.

8. Items for consideration at the next meeting (they already have proposals):

   - None.
