RE: [sv-cc] More trivial items

I have reviewed these items, and agree that all but item 415 are ready for
approval.

Item 415 does not clearly explain what needs to be changed.  The current
change description essentially says "make the diagram look like it did
before, but keep the corrections that have been made".  The editor (that's
me) will need an accurate description of the exact changes that need to be
made.  I cannot approve this item until a detailed proposal is put forth and
reviewed.
