[sv-cc] champions meeting and more to do

A few items were sent back to us because of lack of information on how to do
the
fix. I assume that Karen will send the list to Charles.
 
Additionally an enhancement was passed in the EC to allow initialization
expressions for struct typedefs.
We need to enhance VPI to do this. The errata # in mantis is 644. Ballot
comment was 229.
 
The champions are planning to meet this friday at 11 am pacific time to
review any 
additional proposals which have been resolved by the committees.
 
If we have a meeting this week I will try to make a proposal for synching up
with the language enhancements
of 644.
