[sv-cc] Schedule extension

Hi All,

The P1800 committee has decided that the schedule shall be extended
as follows:

   May 2nd Champions meet and go over everything passed so far
   with special emphasis on finding things that the other committees
   have passed which effect SV-CC.

   May 9th Champions meet to go over all issues passed so far
   and all committees but SV-CC have to be done.

   May 11th Champions meet to go over all issues passed so far
   and SV-CC must be done.

Obviously, we will need to meet on the 10th to address (possibly on
the fly) any passed issues from may 9th that effect the SV-CC.

Please plan on coming to tomorrow's meeting prepared to answer the
following questions:

   - When between now and May 9th will you be available for an
     extended meeting or set of meetings?
   - The things which have been assigned to you, will you be able
     to put together a proposal in this timeframe?
