1. Reviewed Patent information.

   - Charles Dawson reviewed the patent information.

2. Reviewed minutes of the 04/20/2005 Meeting.

   - Ralph/JimV ACCEPTED

3. Liaisons

   - Francoise reports that SV-BC will likely be doing stuff today that
may
effect SV-CC. Nothing else to report.

4. New business

   - Schedule and status
Chas requested everyone to comment on which Items they felt they
would
not be able to complete in the given time:
     - JimV reported that he won't be able to get to Item 436.
     - Chas reported that Section 31 is not going to get fixed.
       - Steve suggested that we might make section 31 as optional.
       - Doug would like to see chas write up what his main objections
are.
     - Francoise reported that she won't be able to complete Items 305
and 306.
       - Tapati will start looking at these, but no expectations for
this rev.
     - Francoise reported that Item 484 will be hard to do because we
don't have
a separate section for callbacks. Probably is a job for next rev
of spec.
     - Several assigned to people who are not participating. Chas to
re-assign.
Chas then asked if there was anyone who could handle more than what
is currently
     assigned to them.
     - Doug could handle a few easy ones.
     - JimG too.
     - Tapati is covering for Sachi.
       - Sachi is on vacation

   - Item 611 is a duplicate of Item 695.
Francoise and Doug reviewed and okay with Cliff's changes.
     Steve/Francoise. PASSED (unanimous).

   - Item 617
Chas has already done this one. Assigned to Chas.

   - Francoise has added proposals for Items 489, 465, and 528.

   - Discussed when to have the next meeting. Decided that Weds 5/4
from 11-1
     would work.

5. Reviewed of items with proposals.

   - Item 482
JimV/Tapati. PASSED (Michael abstains - just joined, no time too
look)

   - Item 606
This one has a pretty good description on what should be done.
Francoise and Tapati think we need a refObj in the dotted enclosure
on the right hand side. Tapati also thinks we should add a note
with the example from the mantis item. Tapati to add.

   - Item 604
     Michael/JimV. PASSED (unanimous)

   - Item 425
     31.10 "CHANGE" should be "TO".
Michael/Ralph. PASSED as amended (unanimous). Chas to update
proposal.

   - Item 487
Operation in 32.34 is bold; should not be.
     Other related Items are 531, 684, 685, and 686. .
JimV thinks we should leave note here. Chas okay with that.
Ralph to work with JimV to fix other issues found.

   - Item 431
JimG made a friendly amendment to change:
       Usage example: vpi_control(vpiAssertionSysStop, handle)
     to
       Usage example: vpi_control(vpiAssertionSysOff, handle)

     and
       Usage example: vpi_control(vpiAssertionSysStart, handle)
     to
       Usage example: vpi_control(vpiAssertionSysOn, handle)

JimV/Tapati. PASSED (unanimous) as amended. Michael to add
amendment to mantis.

   - Item 435
     JimV/Steve. PASSED (unanimous)

   - Item 526
Ralph would like Jim's more detailed description to end up in the
next version
Friendly amendment to change "An" to "A". Chas would like to see a
statement
about an error instead of paragraph 3.
     JimV added new proposal.
Rohit/Steve. PASSED (unanimous). Proposal already updated.

   - Item 489
Friendly amendment to 32.10 to change note 3 to:
The vpiDirection of an io decl which vpiExpr is a ref obj of an
interface or a
       modport declaration is undefined.

Friendly amendment to add modport to LHS of 32.10.

Francoise was concerned about the bolding/italics/..etc for the
example in 32.12.1
Chas said that we would probably get it wrong anyway, so leave for
the editor
to make sure it is okay.

Francoise has a problem with vpiModPort and vpiInterface for reg
objs. vpiTypedef
should be NULL for these. Add vpiDefName for them instead. Add
notes for vpiTypespec
     for Named events too.

Chas asked that we fix the comments in the examples to be more
explicit and
grammatically correct. JimV wanted to change font on explanatory
portions of examples.

     Francoise to redo proposal.

   - Item 465
JimV still confused about the need for the process in the unnamed
dotted enclosure.
If the first sentence is clarified (has grammatical issues), this
problem may be
resolved. Francoise to work with JimV on this.

   - Item 528
     Discussed with out Francoise.

Meeting ended at 2:02pm EDT.
